Wednesday 12th of March 2014 will be the day. That day, the first Dutch Elm in a buoy will be launched. This prototype of the Bobbing Forest by Jorge Bakker will be bobbing in the Aqua Dock at RDM Campus in Rotterdam, during a six months trial period. After a period of bobbing on its own, the Dutch Elm will be joined by 19 other Dutch Elms to then take root in the Rijnhaven in Rotterdam.

If you would like to attend the launch, then register via info@dobberendbos.nl, mentioning ‘launch’ in the subject field.
Wednesday 12th of March, 2014, from 14.00-15.30 (entry form 13.30) at the Aqua Dock at RDM Campus, Dokhaven (RDM-kade), Rotterdam.

We are still looking for interested parties to get the remaining 19 Dutch Elms afloat. For more info, see dobberendbos.nl.
