Monday 20 April, Jeroen was invited to join the Laureaten dinner. During this dinner all Laureaten came together. All of them are passionate people who put effort into the cultural and social life in Rotterdam.
In 1959 Princess Beatrix received the first Laurenspenning. Jeroen wasn’t even born then. Amazing that 55 years later, on 28 October 2014, he received the Laurenspenning himself. A great honour considering the fact that your name is mentioned in the same list as Beatrix.
Unfortunately Bea didn’t join the dinner, but it was awesome to meet all the other Laureaten.
