The Dutch Government Buildings Agency commissioned Claire Harvey to make an artwork for the new headquarters of the Revenue Service (Inland Revenue and Customs) at Schiphol Airport. Playing with the human scale and its surroundings, she painted over 100 small figures, 5 to 10 centimetres tall, on the windows of the building.
