As part of the program ‘Gastvrije Stad’ (Hospitabe City), the inner city of Rotterdam wants her parking garages to leave behind an unforgettable impression. The Schouwburgplein parking garage will receive a colourful painting by temporary duo Ruwedata (Thijs Kelder, NL) and Ephameron (Eva Cardon, BE). The Museumpark parking garage will transformed by Jan van der Ploeg.
