The islands will form a connection between the north and south bank, which can be used by walkers.<\/p>\n<p>Mothership came up with the concept of a floating dike with floating solar panels and floating greenery. The design for the Lingepolder depicts the typical Dutch landscape: the water, the dike and the polder. A floating field of solar panels moves in a wave motion towards the dyke, which can be walked on.
