Constructed at a historic spot close to where the medieval dam was built across the Rotte and the city had its origins, ROTTE-DAM is rising rapidly on the ladder in this competition, which has &#8216;Transformation&#8217; as its theme.<\/p>\n<p>This project was the outcome of a commission from the city of Rotterdam, in cooperation with students at the Willem de Kooning Academy.
