W4 - Geert Mul

For the Nederlands Fotomuseum, Geert Mul designed the 'digital treasury of the Dutch photography'.
This interactive installation reveals 80.000 digitalized photographs on a large screen of 5 x 2.70 m.
W4 represents Who (photographer), When (time), Where (location) and What (subject). These are the filters one can use to search the digitalized collection of the museum via the four consoles.
Geert Mul has also designed the installations S8 and P15 for the "kenniscentrum".
